Nereidonia Foundation

Transparency Framework

The Foundation has established its public transparency framework before the first reporting cycle has closed. This page documents what is active now, what will be published here once financial activity exists, and when public reporting begins.

Current Stage

Pre-Sale / Pre-Disbursement Phase

The Nereidonia Foundation has launched its public transparency framework prior to initial sales and prior to the first completed reporting cycle. Public financial reporting — revenue totals, disbursement records, and operating summaries — will begin once revenue activity exists and the first qualified payout cycle is complete. That is a stage fact, not a gap in the framework.

Active Framework Elements

The following components of the transparency framework are active and published, independent of sales volume or reporting cycle status.

Future Dashboard Categories

Once the first reporting cycle closes, this page will expand into a full financial dashboard. The following categories will be populated with real data at that time.

Category Description Status
Gross Revenue Total revenue attributable to released titles, by period Pending First Cycle
Direct Costs Title-specific production, distribution, and fulfillment costs deducted from gross revenue Pending First Cycle
Operating Costs Recurring Foundation operating expenses by reporting period Pending First Cycle
Disbursement Totals Aggregate amounts disbursed to NHI partner organizations per period Pending First Cycle
Recipient Organizations Itemized list of organizations that received disbursements, with amounts and associated titles Pending First Cycle
Reporting Archive Cumulative archive of quarterly and annual transparency reports Pending First Cycle

Reporting Trigger Conditions

Public financial reporting does not begin on a calendar date — it begins when the conditions that make reporting meaningful are met.

The first public report will publish after:

1
The first released title generates reportable revenue through the distribution channel.
2
The first reporting cycle closes — covering a defined period of sales and cost activity.
3
The first qualified disbursement or reportable payout event is completed and documented.

In plain terms: public reporting begins after the first completed reporting cycle following launch. The framework is ready. The data will populate it.
