Record Schema — Future Disbursement Entries

Recipient Organization
The named cultural or heritage organization receiving the disbursement
Associated Title
The Nereidonia Press title whose proceeds generated the disbursement
Reporting Period
The quarter or annual period in which the payout was calculated and executed
Amount Disbursed
Gross amount transferred, in USD, after applicable cost deductions
Confirmation Status
Whether the disbursement has been confirmed received by the recipient organization
Notes
Designated use, if provided by the recipient; any relevant context about the payout
Beneficiary designations are already in place. Partner organizations designated to receive proceeds from The Scarab and forthcoming titles are identified on the Partners page. Disbursement records for those organizations will appear in this ledger once the first reporting cycle closes.
