This page documents foundational operating and launch costs incurred prior to sales activity and prior to the first public reporting cycle — the real setup and production expenses involved in establishing the Nereidonia Foundation, Nereidonia Press, and the Heritage Initiative framework.
Important framing: These costs reflect project establishment and launch preparation, not a mature recurring annual operating budget. Recurring operating costs and title-specific production costs will be reported in later cycles as applicable.
